Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that is the reason you should start your day with a healthy breakfast.

We do not think there is anything better than having breakfast on a terrace overlooking the sea while the sun fills us with joy and energy to the soul. Sand Restaurant, the restaurant of Boutique Hotel LaSort, is the best place to have breakfast in Moraira enjoying the charm of its excellent position facing the sea with the extraordinary view of the beach of La Ampolla with the Peñón de Ifach in the background.

At Sand Restaurant we offer you an endless number of possibilities for your breakfast, from the simplest with a coffee and toast or croissant, to the English breakfast, the healthy one, and to the most revered breakfast "Our Fishermen Breakfast", with fresh fish from the fish market (upon previous request). So you have the possibility of enjoying the breakfast you want every day from 8:00 until 11:00.

 

Coffee and tea

We can prepare the excellent Illy coffee in the way you prefer (espresso, white, black, cappuccino, cortado...). We have a selection of tea and infusions (earl gray, breakfast, green, red, rooibos, chamomile, mint...).

 

Cereals and juices

A good breakfast with cereals rich in oats with the magnificent muesli, corn cereals or chocolate gourmands. And anything better to start the day than with a good orange juice freshly squeezed make with Valencian oranges full of vitamin C. We also offer pineapple, peach and apple juices.

 

Toasts

The quintessential element of the Mediterranean breakfast is the serrano ham toast with natural grated tomato and virgin olive oil, a great way to start the day. We also offer toast with butter and jam, with olive oil and salt, with tomato, cheese or smoked salmon.

 

Cold meats and cheese.

We have a large assortment of cold meats, starting with the Serrano ham from Teruel, cooked ham, chorizo, sausage, pork loin or turkey ham. The selection of cheeses contains sheep manchego, goat cheese, edam, brie... In addition we also offer a great Norwegian smoked salmon.

 

Fruits

The fruit we offer is always natural and seasonal. We put at your disposal pieces of whole fruit, a small fruit salad ideal to mix with yogurt and cereals and, in addition, you can enjoy our assortment of seasonal fruits cut at the moment.

 

Yogurt & Dairy Products

In our small buffet you can find a selection of low fat natural yoghurts, fruit yoghurts as well as cold and hot whole milk, according to convenience. We have another type of milk as skimmed, soy or almond or lactose free upon prior request.

 

Eggs

Starting the day with a lot of energy is important and the eggs help us to achieve it. In our breakfast you can enjoy a selection of eggs cooked at the time. We have fried eggs with bacon, scrambled eggs with bacon or salmon, boiled eggs or assorted omelette chosen to your liking. All accompanied by toasts with butter.
